General Information
Until August 2002 five Bismarck expeditions have taken place. The first one was in 1989 when Robert D. Ballard found the wreck. Since then 2 expeditions has been made in 2001 and two expeditions has been made in 2002. Of the five expeditions two expeditions have used ROV (Remoted Operational Vehicle) equipment only to film the wreck and three expeditions have used manned submersibles to visit and film the wreck.
As for now no further expeditions has been planned to the wreck of the Bismarck (August 2002).
