The Commissioning
On 6. January 1936 Admiral Graf Spee is commissioned in Wilhelmshaven. The crew is gathered on deck and shipyard workers and others watch the ceremony from the pier.
Admiral Graf Spee is commissioned by Kapitän zur See Conrad Patzig.
The naval ensign is hoisted on Admiral Graf Spee.
Admiral Graf Spee is now in commission.
