| The book cover the Italian heavy cruisers of the Trento Class (Trento and Trieste), Zara Class (Zara, Fiume, Gorizia and Pola) and the Bolzano.
The book is 72 pages + cover. There are 100 great black & white photos, and 10 full page stunning colour photos. The colour photos have never been published before (see samples on this page), just like many of the black and white photos. Colour photos of Italian warships are extremely rare so here is a unique opportunity to study the colours and camouflage used by the Italian navy in WWII. The book also offer 21 very well made line drawings showing, among other things, the colours and camouflage for each ship. As usual for all books from Classic Warships, this book also tell the general history of each ship as well as the technical details. This book is great and a must for anybody interested in the Italian heavy cruisers of WWII. |
